Platypus Shoes

Spoke to a staff member that we need black leather school shoes. Asked what size & style. Then she handed a shoe off the display shelf & said try it on then let me know then walked off. So I waited at the counter waiting for a staff member (no one on the floor). Then another staff member appeared and I asked for the other shoe which she then returned with a box walked past me and attended to another customer... a short time later she handed the shoes then said to put back the display shoe as it you don't take display shoe (the other staff member is the one who took it off the display & handed to us. Okay so the shoes fit I approached the counter then politely hand the first staff member the shoe & said it's the display shoe, she said no it's not took out a shoe out of the box and said that's it because it had SALE sign. But she was not aware that the tag had fallen off the display shoe (left on the seat). So I paid for them & proceeded to give her my email & she said no here's your receipt. I said last Saturday when we bought a pair of shoes the male staff member & the previous year the male staff member emailed the receipt??? so which is it paper receipt or email. The male staff member last weekend was so helpful as was the guy the year before....shame about the young ladies
