We recently decided to do to a complete remodel of our hall bath which hadn't been touched since it was built in the 60s. This journey started with asking a few contractors to give some quotes, of which only 4 showed up. Of the 4, What first impressed was that James demonstrated much stronger knowledge and experience with bathroom remodels and gave a detailed and easy to understand estimate, explaining why certain things the other companies had recommended wouldn't work. Additionally, the on the ball showroom made it very easy for my wife and I to look at different styles and options for everything our bathroom needed, which could be easily supplied through on the ball (other contractors but the burden on me to get all the materials, including things like bath tubs...).

James and the guys came out and did our bathroom who was extremely courteous and made very good care to not make a mess or disturb anything in the house. They also worked very efficiently and touched base with me several times during the remodel to finalize the small details (like how high to put in the shower head, soap shelves, etc). Definitely appreciated having them do the work. Additionally, James made it very easy during the whole process as he communicated often and returned my calls very quickly. They were also very flexible in timing and accommodating my work schedule.

James estimated that the project would take about 2 weeks, and it took less than that. Additionally, at the end of it, I had accidentally over paid which James quickly called and refunded the difference. I greatly appreciate the customer service I was given.

In summary, I think you generally get what you pay for in life. If you're looking for honest, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable renovators, On the Ball Bathrooms is the way to go. They're definitely not the most expensive, but at the end of it, I am left with the feeling that the work was done And my bathroom looks super awesome!

Each member of the team Shane and James in particular who came to my job was totally professional and certainly knew what they were doing and their time keeping was exemplary. At all stages of the renovation, I knew what was happening and when it was happening.

I would like to give particular praise to the Shane. My goodness, he is the ultimate professional. His attention to detail and the fact that he gave every aspect of what he did 150% was outstanding. He was an absolutely perfectionist. Little things he did would serve other trades very well, such as clearing up his mess as he left each day, ensuring I knew what was happening and his very experienced eye on the job was a joy to watch. If every trade could adopt Shanes work practice then the world would be a better place ... thanks guys you did an amazing job.

Fantastic service! Love my new bathroom! I actually enjoyed the whole process from picking out tiles all the way to design. James was incredibly helpful and full of knowledge. On the ball bathrooms were truly the best renovation company I've ever used! They told me 9 days to complete my job they did it In 4 days, can not thank you enough

Website advertising 7 day Bathroom Renovations, I contacted them to get a quote, was very quick to give a quote. But I asked several questions that were never answered. Other tradies were booked out for 2-4 weeks and this team could start the very next week so I booked it in. Small bathroom reno, from start to end was over 3 weeks. The communication between the team was lacking which caused problems. They hired a new glazier, finally came to install the shower screen (and he said it was one of the worst professional tiling jobs he had ever seen as the tiles that had been cut to fit in the shower were not cut the same size and this caused problems for the glazier as he did not have a straight line to work with, so the shower leaks) the gaps between tiles are uneven and not all sitting flat, there is not enough grout in some areas and the doorway between the bathroom tiles and the bedroom carpet there is a big gap, which most tilers would have made it look neat but there are exposed tiles, one of which is cut about 5mm shorter than the rest so the sharp corner is a hazard - I have contacted them to fix this but still waiting for that to happen. I think they advertise well, but would be good if they lived up to the high standards they claim to provide. The final straw was when I had waited 3 weeks to finally use my new bathroom and had arranged to make final payment that afternoon and then employee turned up that morning demanded payment from my mother, she copped a mouthful of abuse from him, he yelled and slammed the door as he left. I could not believe how un-professional that is. I had the money sitting here for a week but they never turned up until that day when I was at work. I was happy to give them a go, they were quick to start & friendly enough at the start of the job but would not recommend unless you want to hear a lot of excuses about why it's not finished on time and why it looks like an apprentice did the floor tiling. Not good enough!
