I’m writing this review on behalf of my friend who attempted to have her house cleaned by this company.

She drove 45 mins each day to the property that required cleaning, only to have the cleaners not show up. She was the one who had to contact them to reschedule as they chose not to communicate their inability to get to her place as agreed. This happened 4 times. As a further insult they said they would come on the recent public holiday then contacted her after they chose that day to state she would be charged a further $70 because it was a public holiday. This is after they made her reschedule multiple times. Then they didn’t show up at the agreed time so she canceled and asked for her $100 deposit to be returned. She is still waiting. I am writing this because I suggested she get help with the cleaning and instead she has had to deal with someone who didn’t show her the respect to turn up or communicate or return her deposit for work not done.

"I would think twice before hiring these people. My experience has been as follows. I am still awaiting my $100 deposit. They did not turn up when they stated they would. After I contacted them they rescheduled for the next day. Again not turning up. I was then Assured they would turn up for a third time, with Chris himself saying he would have to do it. He did not turn up. Instead used a poor excuse after I contacted, he stated he would come and clean on the Monday. He then attempted to charge me an extra $70 for the public holiday he scheduled it for. Despite rescheduling and having not shown up. Following this, he is not responding to requests for the deposit, despite having seen my messages to find out what has happened. Please rethink your decision if you choose to hire these people. Be aware that they seem unreliable and under no circumstances provide them with a deposit. It’s quite disappointing and saddens me as on first interaction, they seem legitimate decent people that would assist you. Hopefully this was a once of, but it has really had a negative impact on my view of their intentions and work ethic. Fingers crossed it is not your experience if you choose to go with them.
