Couldn't be happier with the advice and service from Vac Shop last week. They repaired my daughter's Dyson within a couple of days, and gave me some great advice on the best vacuum for my house

Recently I was lucky enough to be referred to the Vac Shop when my Dyson of many years stopped working. As I had always been happy with it, I did not want to pay out for a new vacuum cleaner and I certainly did not want to put my current one in landfill. I was over the moon to find a company which would fix it.

And that's how I felt with my dealings with Vac Shop - friendly, approachable, knowledgeable staff, a very prompt repair for what I consider a very reasonable price for a new motor, two new filters and new wheels on my floor tool which I hadn't even noticed were missing.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Vac Shop. How much better than throwing away a good machine!

Uni student, didn’t want to buy a new vacuum and had a a hand-me-down good quality vac from my parents. Well it died, but these guys found the part and fixed the issue and it was really reasonably priced. They were super kind! Thanks for the help :)

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED - I took my Dyson to the Vac Shop as the bristles was not turning on the floor tool, which ultimately needed a new switch. The vacuum came back broken. The vacuum will not longer stand up and the neck of the vacuum has been broken and they tried to glue it back together. He told me it was like that when he got it. Why would I repair a broken vacuum?? Not one instance of accountability. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VACUUM HERE TO BE REPAIRED!!
