Defensive Driving School

this was the worst experience i have ever have. to the point where it scared me off driving!
first of all- my instructor was rude- he kept slapping my hand and saying very inappropriate jokes (i was only 17 at the time). he did not let me park properly- and if i didn't do it well then he would just do it for me so i never really knew how to do it on my own.
now we get to my actually test day!
i had booked the car and the instructor plus a one hour lesson prior to my test. (this was 4 weeks prior to my driving test)
the day of my test the instructor never showed- i called the reception and they said i never booked my test. (i most defiantly did) and then they organised a driving instructor who had to rush over and make me late. i was so upset and annoyed that i was so late i ended up failing my test as i was so preoccupied with what happened in the morning. then after the test the instructor took me home and made me pay extra money for the lesson i was supposed to have beforehand even though it never happened.

i have never been treated so badly, i seriously do NOT recommend this driving school to anyone!!
