Conveyancing World

Conveyancing World lost all my documentation, lost my contracts for a sale, lost my land transfer papers and all email copies of this was lost too, and NO apology for losing everything, they just stonewall you and they charged me more money then first quoted. They just take the money out of the sale money of your property and you cannot check their work because you do not get the required documents. They are Unprofessional and extremely RUDE. Use other Yellow page conveyancing and save yourself a headache.

I am completely and utterly DISSATISFIED with Conveyancing World.
1. We have attempted to ring Deanna on a number of occasions - the phone rings OUT with no message facility
2. We have sent numerous emails and had NO response
3. We were provided with the WRONG payee's details for the Settlement Cheque and a new bank cheque had to be drawn by us
4. We requested a break down and explanation of the various cheques - we are STILL waiting for a response even though we have now requested this THREE times
5. Finally - on 17th December, Conveyancing World responded to an email we'd sent on 8th December!! And said they would send us an email 'tomorrow' - we are STILL WAITING !

This would have to be the MOST unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I see their ads on the internet constantly and their website 'claims' to do so much - but they are, in my opinion, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would highly recommend you STEER CLEAR of this very 'dodgy' company.

We will now report Deanna and Conveyancing World to 'Consumer Affairs' to report them to the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. We are STILL waiting for our Property Title Deeds.
