James & his colleague were prompt & very reliable - attending the job within an hour of me calling him. His pricing was extremely competitive compared to anyone else I have ever used. Both James and his colleague were very professional. Will most definitely be using him again.

Our solar system that we purchased from another company was not performing properly & after they refused to believe that there was anything wrong with it I decided to contact Taylor Energy as they had been recommended by a friend. Daniel was able to locate a fault within the system and even cleaned all the panels to make them work more efficiently.

I contacted James at 8pm on Sunday night as my house lost power completely. I did not expect him to pick up given the time but he did. Firstly he walked me through some testing to try and get my power back as he explained the callout fee and that he wouldnt want to come out for it to be a small issue and waste my money. It turned out being a bigger problem so he came out, arriving at 9pm and working through till 10pm to restore my power. James - thankyou. Your customer service excelled any expectations I ever had for a trades person - I did not think customer service like that existed anymore. So thankyou. I will certainly recommend you to friends and family and you will be my first point of call for any electrical needs.

After sourcing many quotes for a solar power system, Taylor Energy came in at the most reasonably priced and the products he used were better quality than what other companies were offering. Explained the rebate process in depth, now my solar is up and running. Great to deal with. Will recommend.

Installed 4 fans at my new house. Sourced cheap fans for me and installed for good price-cheaper than 2 previous quote I had got. Cleaned up before he left and was just overall a good bloke to deal with.
