Kwinana Medical Centre

My husband has seen several doctors at Kwinana Medical Centre over the last five years. He has liked all the doctors he's seen - most recently Dr Tom Owen, who he's found to be very open, friendly and easy to talk to.

I've seen Dr Kia Alizedeh twice and appreciate his wisdom, professionalism and down-to-earth manner. Ie I think he would be a quite 'blunt' straight-to-the-point kind of doctor-- in a non-judgmental way. More important for me I think he sees the whole person - physical mental emotional spiritual - not just a series of symptoms or test numbers.

Imo, 'front of house' staff tell you everything about a medical centre. Kwinana can't be the easiest area to work in, and I think KMS make a real effort: reception staff are always courteous and friendly, even when they're clearly very busy, I notice how respectfully they speak to everyone at the front desk and phone calls are answered promptly, even if they need to ask you to hold. My husband has never waited more than five or ten minutes for his appointment. And they bulk bill, which they dont have to. Appreciation
