Breadtop

Friendly and honest staff. I've accidentally dropped my debit card in the store when I paid for some bread in the store. The card was given back to me when i returned to ask for it. Open really early so you can get your bread for the day before work if you start work at early hours.

Breadtop at QV is great because they are one of the few Breadtops I know that has seating so you can get a coffee to enjoy with their pastries. Their almond twists are very nice - covered with almonds and with a nice little bit of icing to holdit all together. I do miss their raisin brioche though, which was superb! Thay actually doagreat cappucino here, lots of cocoa on the top and very dependable.

Breadtop is hard to resist. This store always has people in it and the staff are refilling the shelves. I particular like the milk de crunch and almond and custard things. I always so Ill try something new, but I never seem to get that far. If you have a sweet tooth, then youll probably love these cakes.

I feel that Breadtop QV stands out from the many other breadtops in Melbourne. Maybe they have more customers here and therefore the cakes/breads are frequently restocked with plenty of fresh batches. Whenever my wife and I are in QV, she is always dragging me to this shop supposedly to check it out, yet always ends up with her buying something. Always! Ah well, happy wife, happy me!
