Have been with Click Energy for years long before the big switch. Doesnt matter who you talk to when you have a question or a problem they are always polite and helpful and solve the problem for you on the day. High recommended. Have already converted a few of my friends.

Even if Click Energy wasn't the best value energy retailer around, I'd choose them simply for their outstanding commitment to customer service. Almost everything can be self-managed online and in the rare instances when you need to call someone, you are put through to a real person with hardly any wait time, and that person is invariably friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and they'll have your issue sorted as soon as possible. They don't run you around or make promises they can't keep, and easily won my loyalty as a customer.

The lady at the Click Energy customer service call centre was extremely patient & helpful when dealing with our questions. We would highly recommend Click Energy to anyone wishing to experience customer service the way it should be.
