Cookie has a restaurant section and a bar/drinking section. The bar section can get really busy, especially on a Friday night. It's quite a large venue though. The restaurant section serves good Thai. As mentioned, always best to book. Last time we went we just asked the waitress to bring us whatever she thought and it was a really delicious selection.

Great Thai food and an even better beer selection. The Beer comes from everywhere imaginable worldwide, and for such a busy venue the service is relatively quick. As others have mentioned, its best to make a booking if you are heading in for lunch or dinner. Have been back many times and will continue to go back again and again.
