Have visited core therapy as I am a member of Fitness First, and was referred by my trainer when I experienced some pain/injuries in my legs. Danny was great, after my massage all discomfort was gone, and I was able to exercise again without pain. Danny even recommended other stretching I could do to prevent further injuries in the future. Would definitely recommend a visit
