Dan Murphy's

Next to officeworks at the bottom of QV this is probably the best alcohol store you will find in the city.

This Dan Murphys is tucked away in the back of the QV building. Its nice knowing there is such a large liquor store in the city. Its not as large as its suburban counterparts, but you wouldnt expect that in the city. In saying that, it is still very very large stocking what you would expect from a Dans.

Hidden down in the QV centre it's easy to not realise that there's a Dan Murphy's in the middle of the city. They've got the usual massive range and good specials making it worth a quick detour from chinatown to pick up a BYO bottle of wine for dinner.

They're also open until 8 or 9pm most nights.
