It’s already more than a month and dodo didn’t fix my problem. They keep on charging me but they didn’t give me 300 international call to Nepal. Their business policy is very irritating.

Dodo has been so horrible i cant recommend enough to stay away from them!
First my auto setup modem would not work it never auto setup even though every advertisement and phone call says it!
I have manually entered the username and password so many times!
My phone would not work from the start and their tech support person said i needed to buy a voip compatible phone ( which i did $194 )
Then the phone still didnt work so i had no phone for 2 weeks or more then when they finally fixed the phone I tried my 20 year old phone and it worked straight away! ( not voip compatible )
The phone has dropped out several times over the last 2 months and i have had no phone for 3 and a half days in a row over each weekend!
And it goes on and on and on like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT USE DODO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
