Fresh Beauty Co. is a terrible company to do business with!



Missing Orders: My $9,000 order for 127 items has not arrived after 50 days.

Fake Tracking Numbers: They provided a fake tracking number for a small parcel delivered to a different address.

Refund Difficulties: Getting a refund is a struggle. Only received one after a PayPal dispute. Over $7,000 remains outstanding.

Unresponsive Communication: They completely ignore emails (slow & generic replies), calls, live chat, and WhatsApp messages.

Stay away! This company appears to be a scam and should be avoided.

I am so excited to have found this website. It is so easy to use and offers some of the big cosmetic stores must haves and exclusives. The prices are very afforable and allow you to order just one more things and justify it. I am honestly so imressed with the service i recieved as I messaged the facebook with some pretty specific questions to me and they helped me find exactly what I was after!

I initially tried using Facebook Messenger to chat to you guys but no response. I did wait at least a couple of hours. I thought then to maybe use What’s App and it replied within a few minutes which was better. I asked a question and they were very friendly and helpful and I wanted scent free moisturising cream. Very expensive.
