Being their customer for over 3 years. Just got my worst experience ever today. Increased the price by 30% without notice and only let me know until the the service is done. And blame me as their customer for not remember things 3 years ago.



Sur charge on the card payment without notice.



Really disappointed how they trade their customer.

I bought a car on the first of april 2016 from Dominic at Melbourne city toyota , when i bought a car , i have been told that the car comes with 12 month warranty and if there is anything wrong they will fix it .
Today is 27 april 2016, drivers side window switch is faulty, when i put my hands off steering wheel/brake , car pulls sharp to the left hand side and the car become very noisy. i am in the dealership at the moment , service guys saying that its allignment that havent been done when they sold the car and its not a part of rwc.
I really had a bad exprience with this guys,never ever even for the service come back to this guys , very very poor customer service, tony in service department come towards me to fight and was very rude,
But the service manager tried to help and sent me to the different place to do the allignment .
I think there must be a different when u pay more to buy a car from a toyota dealership then a wrecking yard, but to be honest there is not .
