Melbourne Vietnam Noodle House

My work colleagues and I often visit this restaurant for lunch midweek. It is always busy which is a great sign, but you can almost certainly get a seat for 6 8 people up stairs. The Food is great and always up to standard and priced under $10. Service can be hit and miss, and sometimes conflicting rules apply on each visit, no tea gets served upstairs was the rule today.
