MKC Repairs

I had my Pixel 3 glass replaced and they damaged the LCD in the process - I now have a vertical white/green stripe and large black dot on the screen, and can feel bounce back when using the screen (like is hasn't been properly adhered). They are refusing to replace or refund, claim that the manager is not available when I go into the store to discuss, and are not responding to emails.

They replaced my iphoneX Screen and charged $289 for OLED screen but replaced the screen with Poor quality LCD screen.. Terrible service..

I drove 40 minutes to have my iPhone 6 screen repaired at MKC Burwood today. When I walked in I asked about the $99 deal and the staff member barely looked at me and said "No. it's 119". SO I put the phone in for a 45 minute service and 2 hours later it was ready. As I paid for my phone repair an older gentleman walked in for the same repair and asked if it could be done for $99. "Sure" he was told. "As long as you don't take the screen protector and case". They very clearly gave him a cheaper price but tried to squeeze an extra $20 out of me for a flimsy case that I don't need worth $3 on Ebay. Due to this extremely bad service and discrimination it is unlikely I will return should the need occur again.

Absolutely terrible service. Go back to Apple service if it is their product. Very rude when I questioned the 'extra' damage after picking up the supposedly repaired IPAD. Spend your money else where.

I had a stuck pentabole screw in my 4s that would not come out no matter what I tried. Sam removed it in 5 seconds. I was coming into City and had previously called from Box Hill to check if they could help. Needless to say they saved me a lot of time and did NOT even charge me. I would not hesitate to use them again for these type of repairs. Friendly staff, excellent customer service. Sam what can i say your a bloody great..

Fantastic team to deal with.Very Happy with their service..they brought my water damaged iphone 3gs back to life in record time. They sell loads of accessories too at reasonable prices. Worth a look if you're on a budget.

So helpful. My Wifi was broken, Apple were unable to help as I was out of warranty and I would have to pay for a new phone. The guys here fixed it once and when it was still having problems fixed it again for free with exceptional customer service and I payed a v low price for their valuable time. I rate them highly and will be back with any future problems I have.

Ok, dropped my phone in the dishwater (so grateful it wasn't the toilet!). Sam the man at MKC replaced the battery and camera, cleaned the rest of the phone. Did everything in 4 hours on the same day.. your the man sam.. you saved my phone!! MKC REPAIRS YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!
