Perpetual

This company does NOT CARE about you or your family.
Their bill has more than doubled because they outsourced the work. It has taken MORE THAN 3 YEARS for them to fully distribute the estate. They have incurred fines from ASIC and the ATO. Then been fined for not paying fines. Failed to have mail redirected. They have after 3 years still not submitted all tax returns. Left overdrawn accounts open compounding the overdrawn amount and fees. They fail to provide updates when promised.
Do yourself a favour. If you or your parents have Perpetual as the executor of your estate .......CHANGE TO SOMEBODY ELSE FAST. Perpetual are incompetent.
