Sean, at Millennium QV is the best cutter I've ever come across. I wouldn't go to anyone else! This salon goes out of its way to please and is very reasonably priced.

How many times do I need to say, I don't want toner, or the style that costs $40 more? While the lady doing my hair was lovely, the experience was ruined by a man trying to make an extra dollar. Sadly, neither my friend nor I will be returning after the same gent tried to charge me $20 extra at the end. At least he was quick to charge me the initial price.

We actually came because we were given these packages organised by their marketing team. Pro tip from somebody studying PR, try to have a even a little bit of CHARM when trying to sell people things and don't let clients leave with a bitter taste in their mouth. And coming from the law student who was standing beside me, DON'T try to impose hidden charges, or fail to fulfil what we had paid for in the package.

All I saw here was a business trying to make money. At least TRY to treat your guests like GUESTS, rather than people you're trying to get an extra dollar from. I was looking forward to my hair treatment, now I'm just disappointed. What a waste of money. :(

Worst haircut of my life. Despite being very specific on what I wanted and how I wanted it done, this was completey ignored and I ended up with something completely different. Staff were very much in a rush and clearly not very skilled. If you want to be shorn like a sheep this is your place, if not, highly suggest going somewhere else.

My experience with Millennium Hair Salon is horrible. My experience with them started off with my and my sister's appointments being rescheduled at the last minute, that in itself was just unprofessional as they did not give us enough notice.

The stylist who served me was unfriendly and unprofessional. The stylist immediately shot me down when I told him what I wanted to do with my hair, telling me that he "didn't have time for that", and then proceeded to waste 15 mins of our session trying to convince me to just gloss my hair instead of dying it because again he said "it would take too much time". He ended up dying my hair but I wish I just asked for the gloss instead, as he did a horrible job. My hair ended up with uneven red colour, with the colour most saturated on my roots. There were also dye stains at the back of my neck and on my ears, something that haven't happened to me in other salons. I also felt like I was drowning when the stylist was washing my hair, with water splashing on my face and running down the back of my neck. Also, the haircut he gave me was uneven.

My sister's experience with them was just as horrible. A different stylist did her hair and it turned out uneven, the roots turned out so brassy that it doesn't match the rest of her hair.

I regret buying their voucher from their marketers and highly regret having my hair done with them. The service and the quality of their work is absolutely disappointing and I wouldn't recommend anyone going to them.

I made the foolish mistake of purchasing a Millenium Salon voucher off one of their marketers and learnt the hard way that it was a complete and utter rip off. The voucher was false advertising as most of the things promised in it were not provided. I ended up spending over $200 on a substandard haircut and colour that washed out within about 3 weeks. A friend of mine who had also bought a voucher was told she couldn't have any colour at all because her hair was too damaged, so they refused her service, but wouldn't even refund her the money. I sent 2 emails and posted a letter to the company, explaining my disappointment in their service, it is now 6 months later and I still haven't even been acknowledged. It is disgusting that people can get away with this, they are unprofessional, deceptive and downright rude. I strongly discourage anyone from going here.

Anyone bought one of their packages and was highly disappointed? As usual the additional charges-"oh but thats not included" The $60 paid we were meant to know does not go to the hair salon but to a marketing company?? REALLY? I, as a customer was meant to know?? That my hard earned $60 is going to a marketing company not towards my hair experience at Millenium?
So now, they advise that on top of what you need to pay $60 (so total to use Millenium is already $120), for colour of a certain type, there might be additional charges! So really $120 is not enough?- oh sorry as the person said on the phone, that $60 is nothing to do with Millenium, even though the guy was selling those coupons FOR MILLENNIUM- are you hearing yourself woman?
STAY CLEAR OF MILLENNIUM GUYS! THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!
Bad attitude on the phone and totally not worth your pennies!
ZERO STAR RATING!- Absolute non-sense!
