Rapid Pest Control Melbourne

I have been using the services for the past 4 years since I had issues with ants in my house. It solved the issue and also we haven’t had any spiders as well. Every 18 months we spray the house and it lasts : No ants , No spider or bugs. Super happy ! If you are like me and scared of spiders , this is the best. Price is good , great customer service and for me it lasts 18 months!

I would not recommend Rapid pest Control to anyone. I called the 0414367474 number and the person at the other end was driving and had me on speaker phone. I told him I was having trouble hearing him several times and he said to call back in 15 minutes. I called him back and I was still on speaker phone and said to him I was having trouble hearing him still. He was very short with me and said he was on a job and hung up the phone. I text him back saying not to worry about it as it wasn't very good customer service that I couldn't hear him properly yet he couldn't take the time to see when he was available to talk to me properly. I received a text message back telling me to turn up my hearing aid and pay someone $250.00 to do the same job. Well firstly you don't know who the person on the other end is. I guess you don't know that I have a deaf son who wears a hearing aid. It probably isn't the best thing you could have said to me. Secondly the reason you may be cheaper than other people is because your customer service is so bad. After a few messages back and forth he told me to "hassle my husband u mad crackpipe". I would never recommend this company, he was so rude and unprofessional and it was uncalled for.
Oh by the way I have kept all the text messages so I guess you can't say I have made this up to try and cover your sorry self.

After having quotes from other pest controllers, Tony from rapid exceeded all my expectations with being extremely professional and very experienced, I have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone who wants to have a hassle free experience.
