Richardson, Ashley

As a defendant who was on the opposing side of Mr Richardson, I was impressed at not only the legal system in general, but of those who worked within it. I found the VCAT members and Supreme Court Judge to be utterly 'real' and common sensed.

In regard to Mr Richardson personally, he was persistent in his pursuit of the right outcome for his client but to me, as a self represented individual, he was a gentleman in the manner of instructing me through basic court procedures and in general conversation. This is not to say that he veered from his path in working in his client's best interest but moreso that he is of good morals, well intentioned and entirely capable in his profession. I'd certainly recommend him for representation. Trust me, I know after having been on the wrong side.
