Shanghai Dumpling Restaurant

Love it or hate it you've gotta admit this place is a bit of fun with it's frantic owners and raucous atmosphere. The food might not be the best quality but it sure is cheap, you can go for the $14 all you can eat buffet or order a la carte and end up at $10 a head for a light meal.

The corkage is steep - $4 per wine bottle or $1 per beer, implemented years ago it's created a cat and mouse game of patrons hiding extra bottles ever since.

The music in the restaurant is a hilarious mix of cover songs, with unknown artists singing western pop. Always fun is when they play the Happy Birthday song for someone, it's unlike any version of the song I've ever heard - just ask for a playing to see for yourself.

In summary: it's not very clean, the food is merely average, but it can be a hilarious dining experience.
