Extremely poor customer service - was told 3 times that the issue had been raised and escalated yet still no response from Hallam TNT, was also told that there was no guarantee for the delivery timeframe which was well and truly days over time . Very poor customer service from the call back team with no outcome only they didn't know how long it would be and no answers were available. Unreliable, certainly not value for money, go with someone else
