Horrific customer experience. I purchased a set of rings during an online sale in June. I paid for the rings in two instalments one upfront and one after 4 weeks. At week 4 after the purchase was completed, I was advised that they had misplaced one of the rings. Between the first and second payment, I received no communication. I was then advised that they had incorrectly listed the price of the pair of rings and my option was to receive just one ring for the ‘presumed’ price I paid for two. When I received a refund, the payment method they used deducted an international transfer free from the total refund amount meaning that I am now without the rings I purchased and I’m £22 down! A significant amount for a transaction that was cancelled due to numerous errors made by the team. My emails are now being ignored. When I did get responses they were rude, abrupt and dismissive.
