I had a water valve stem that was stuck and needed a replacement in the shower. I called their main number and made a same day appointment. Their office staff informed me prior that the plumber was in the area nearby and would be able to attend my place soon after he finishes the job before mine. Plumber was professional, had the proper safety gear on, and I appreciate how they were clear on the work that needed to be performed and how it would be done. We agreed to the estimate before the work begins.



These guys were reasonably priced. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys if any plumbing services are needed.

I had a bathroom basin drain issue which includes toilet and kitchen sink drain issues. They were able to trouble shoot despite challenges with the leaking shutt off valve. They also found additional issues which they fixed and quoted me a reasonable price for the entire job.

We were contacted the following day by a technician for a follow up visit. I was impressed with the consideration of the technician. Many technicians would have continued with other new jobs without concern of old jobs which they have attended.

What else could go wrong in the middle of this 5 day lockdown? Your kitchen sink backs up with stinky water! I called My Melbourne Plumber and discussed the problem and they came today. The plumber was very professional and kind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to us the options for fixing the issue. He hydro jetted the drain for immediate relief and then the second plumber put the camera down the drain to check for any damages or blockages. The second plumber was equally professional and they both solved our drainage problem. Both plumbers clearly care about their job and take the time to do the right thing. Cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

These guys were great! The plumbers were on time and gave me a upfront quote and kept me informed all along. When the problem turned out to be more serious than they thought it might, he explained the problem and gave me a second upfront quote for further works. They were professional, efficient, and pleasant. I would definitely call these guys again if I have any plumbing problems.

The drainpipe under our bathroom sink burst on a Sunday morning, so we needed someone to come out right away. I contacted My Melbourne Plumber and they responded straight away and was at our apartment half an hour later.

The plumber was on time and worked quickly, and both he made sure all my questions were answered before he finished up. Plus, I was able to pay over the phone, which saved me the usual last-min rush to the bank.

Had water pouring into my kitchen. Went on the roof and saw that the gutter was full, trees dumping tree debris right into it. Home alone and not great with heights, I called these guys. They cleaned my gutter, trimmed my trees, and gave me good advice on how to maintain my gutter and my roof as time goes on. FOR FREE and with all the kindness and courtesy possible. I would not hesitate to call them when I actually have a big issue.

Excellent service. Was referred by a friend. Leak from behind kitchen wall and could not be seen. Came quickly assessed, and fixed the next day as scheduled. This was a big job as there cutting open the wall behind the sink and appliance, cutting out the old pipe and replacing with new pipe curving downward. Very clear with diagnosis, clean and explains throughly. The price was not for the faint of heart but an estimate was provided in advance before proceeding, and the reassurance of a job well done was worth every cent.

What can I say, it is worst thing having a leak from the upstair bathroom into the laundry room. Bacause of the leaking wall I stopped using the upstair bathroom. Contacted this trade group for an assessment and a quote. The plumber was quite good, he cut a small hole in the plaster and found from where the leak is coming. He gave a decent quote but still I checked with other plumbers to compare price. But there wasn't much difference Your Local Melbourne Plumber seemed to be genuine. Spoke to them and they fixed the job for me the next day. No more leaking now, the plaster was also fixed and can use my bathtub upstairs as long as I can.
