AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! Delay after delay. Manager and owner easily throw around dates but there is no real communication, especially when the date for collection changes.
The car was dropped there on the 4th of July, finally collected (for the last time) on the 29th of August.
When the car was returned to me it had 11 things wrong with it. On top of this, it was filthy dirty - screws and sharp plastic left on the back seats where my children sit.
Dishonest - deny calling, blatant lies about where the car is (said the car was back and the bumper was being painted when it was still at the auto electrician), asking questions about my insurance policy, what the cars value was and the other person (who drove into me) insurance.
Despite being a 'preferred repairer' for so many insurance places, this place is unprofessional.
