I am Olya Mancuso the landlord of the property your agency is managing
I have had a misfortune of using this agency. I have called numerous
of times, sent many emails, left massages but none of them wwas ever replied. The most
bitter insult occurred recently . I was reassured over the phone, that
I will be contacted same day re the progress of insurance claim,
however this has never happened. This was a spit in the face. I am not
a school girl to be lied to. Reassuring me that I will get a same day
reply and then never contacting me and ignoring my emails, massages is
a big INSULT. After all you guys owe the landlords duties to be
carried out, and this means I am entitled to get the service which you
are obligated to provide
Since i can not get through to you, and none of my attempts to get
reply or contact you seem to be successful i am going to research the
government bodies to file the complain because this is my only avenue
to be responded to by the agency. With all due respect i can not wait
to move to another agency. This is the worst experience i had ever
had. NIGHTMARE . You guys should not treat landlords like this .
LUCKY i now realized that i should not PUT my HOUSE on SALE whit this
agency. We have made the decision to sell this property. I understand
now that we must not use this agency to sell our property provide
