I recently had my mini detailed. I have a number of complaints. When I arrive the person had no idea about the booking that I had made the day before. The worker then told me I had to pick up at lunchtime, I had already mmade arrangements to pick it up at 1500.. After the detail the car was very wet, it took me days to dry it out. The workers did not replace any of my mats. When I went back they couldn not findm them. They took my name and and no one called me. I returned and they found three matts, all very wet. They said that they had ordered me a new one and would call me. They did not. I went back, the people there had no idea. They took my number again and said the boss would call me. There was no call. I am returning tomorrow but I dont hold out much hope. I am considering making a complaint to Comsumer Affairs. I strongly recommend that you go somewhere else. Bad service, bad product, no follow up, no interest.
