      Nothing but praise for the nursing staff, however it takes forever for someone to answer the phones!

      I have been trying to get hold of someone for the past 40 minutes. With my husband in the ICU it is important that I have access to his doctors. Without creating a fuss, I will just have to keep trying I suppose
