Distinctive Melbourne Carriages

We used Distinctive Melbourne Carriages for our wedding on August 6, 2016 and found them to be excellent. We were able to choose the carriage that best suited us from their range of carriages and it duely arrived at the right time. The carriage was immaculate, as was the driver and the horses. The driver was very helpful and accomodating, allowing our flower girls and page boys to pat the horses and then helping them into the carriage. The driver made plenty of time available for photographs both at the pick up and at the chapel. We would unhesitatingly recommend Distinctive Melbourne Carriages for any special occasion. Used them for our wedding day and had a number of issues
Arrived late
Wrong cart supplied, even after a number of emails and phone calls to make sure the one we wanted was available
driver wasn't even dressed when we arrived
cart had horse hair through out
they were ment to inform us on a location 1km away from our wedding venue, they instead showed up across the road
they wanted to leave straight away so we had to rush around on their terms
found them to be very unorganized, rude and arrogant
