I'm sorry to say I'm so disappointed with your company's recent installation of my Colorbond roof.



The roof installer assigned to my project demonstrated a troubling lack of skill and professionalism, evidenced by the misaligned and irregularly placed nails.



Despite my partner's repeated requests for correction, the company representative on-site dismissed his concerns with mockery and laughter.



After several attempts, the screws were finally aligned in a straight line; however, the gaps were filled with a substandard substance, compromising the integrity of the Colorbond roof.



This lack of attention to detail and the cavalier attitude displayed by your team is unacceptable.



It is crucial that your representatives practice and perfect the essential skill of drilling in a straight line and make sure that all roof carpenters are adequately trained before assigning them to client projects.
