They replaced a cracked screen on my Samsung A35 phone. They also fitted the phone with a screen protector and hard cover. A week later, the screen turned black and vertical lines appeared. When I took it back, they said it was due to physical damage, but the phone wasn't damaged. They then offered to repair the phone again for $150 (paid $230 the first time plus $85 for screen protectors). Seriously? Complained to Fair Trading but they again said I'd have to pay $150 to have the phone repaired or take it to a tribunal. Again, seriously? The warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

I got my iPhone 6 Plus phone repaired here and they ruined it. It keeps freezing and I can't do anything with it. The new screen is a inferior product and not genuine Apple screen. It cracked the new screen due to them not stalking it properly. Don't ever use these people. I'm taking B this to fair trading for a full refund.

Their Warranty is FAKE... Paid over $200 to get my sister's phone fix and within a week the same problem occurred. Took the phone and receipt thinking i have Warranty as they had told me BUT i was wrong , He took one look at the phone and said that my warranty is void due to the screen being scratched. I explained that i don't care about the screen and the problem is not the screen its the phone they had claim to fix was in fact not fixed.But they are very argumentative and rude, I have warned all my family and friends.. Stay away from those crooks.....

Went to fix my iPhone 5 screen & buy a purple Goospery phone case (I had purchased this brand before and never had a problem). The same day back at the office my case broke (took it to another phone shop in Parramatta who confirmed it was a fake) .. 2 days later the screen they replaced lifted off the iPhone they did not place it on properly.. went back... the male on the front desk was an absolute pig.. with no empathy.. did not refund or even exchange.. avoided all liability! THIS PHONE SHOP IS A FRAUD - Crook as they come! They own three shops in the whole centre.. Disgusting!
