Bought an AntiFlap Kit for my Caravan Awning and it arrivied in 3 days! Will use these guys again

This company refuses to replace the 4 faulty windows they sold me, the panes are known to de-laminate and are deemed unsafe by Dometic yet they are telling me to repair brand new windows myself. They also refuse to allow my honest and factual review on their site only accepting 5 star reviews.

Its a case of buyer beware, worse experience ever, needed a part for a Boxing day holiday. ordered early December, their website said most items held in store but if they had to order it from the supplier you will be notified post order, two weeks later with no contact, I called them to be told I had to call the supplier?. called supplier out of stock till March. spoke to a manager at the store and was told a refund would be done straight away and I would see authorsaiton only on my bank, two days later still nothing, called the manager back and now being told they had to cancel the order with the supplier before they would refund any money back,

if your order is urgent or critical then I strongly suggest finding a company that might follow their posted processes and not be sarcastic when speaking to customers.....
