Gee thanks KFC Miami....after paying for meals through your drive through and getting home and finding that not everything has been provided after it has been paid for - namely a works burger...I have rung you more than 25 times... the phone has rung out more than twenty times and has been engaged at least 5 times....the manager was present when the drive through was used and it did not appear to be overly busy....as far as I am concerned this is stealing....!!!!!!! One would suggest that you comment on this and refund your incompetence!!!!!
