All my packages were delivered separately and I was missing items, which has now put me behind schedule.

Love the sound! The team from AV Australia were fast and efficient. They even came back to help when I wasn't sure which buttons to push! Would definitely recommend.

I have never been more disappointed in my life with the after sale service I received from this crowd. I bought a home theatre setup from them which works alright for about 4 months. It is still under warranty. I been trying for more than 6 weeks to get it fix up. My email and 2 phone calls were ignore. I threaten to take matter further. At which stage they responded. This is now more than 3 weeks since they responded but as yet my unit is still not been fixed.
I rate the business as minus. Rate 0
