I ordered a deluxe iced coffee from McDonald's, Deakin Ave, Mildura. What I got was a warm cup of weak coffee and milk. No ice cubes, no ice cream and no topping. I took it back into store and told them it was rubbish. Are they trained properly? Obviously not. Have tried ringing no., but no answer. I understand that they are all juniors, but if they are not properly trained they are going to keep serving up rubbish and never know the difference
