Shocking Workmanship

You cant fix an oil leak with a bead of sealant. VERY unhappy with this dealership.

From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed with big smiles and great customer service. They offered us refreshments. The sales man was honest and upfront about anything we asked. Couldnt fault the test drive and they were happy to work with any requests we had. Great communication even got a pink bow when we bought the car. Sales man followed up the next day to ensure everything was good. Overall great experience, would go there again.

Absolute disgusting service. Bought a car from them and we live in SA. No communication, was not informed properly of car details at all. They even de-registered the car to save themselves money without consulting us saying it was "already completed" and then the car took over a week to arrive with no communication what so ever from the company. Didn't even come with a spare key or a key for the back ute compartment and wasn't even imformed of these complications. Also didn't reply to emails trying to get the answers to these questions.

Very much took advantage of us from living in another state. Very disappointed, made the meant to be exciting experience very miserable.
