Worst Mcdonalds I've ever experienced and more than once! The amount of times we have arrived home with the wrong order is ridiculous and our biggest annoyance is when we have ordered a large meal only to get chips that are half empty. If we wanted smaller chips we would have ordered a medium. We once had a small chips that had 15 chips in it. We were gob smacked! And another time when I opened my bag to check my order was right and it wasn't they said sorry but that's what our order says we can't change it here. Unbelievable. Needless to say I went in to complain and got what I ordered. I know this review will make us sound greedy and petty but we are so sick of never getting what we ordered. It's customer service and really isn't that complicated. Do yourself a favour go to the other Mcdonalds down the road on Connelly drive or any other Mcdonalds!
