Rovers Run Bed & Bone

The best kennel we have used for our two Jack Russells. Have used several kennels in Canberra, South Coast and Dubbo areas and Rovers Run is head and shoulders above the rest. Both our dogs are on medication and one has a strict diet for pancreatitis and nothing is too much trouble for Judy and her staff. After disappointing experiences with another Dubbo kennel, one of which ended with a 4 day hospitalisation for one of our dogs after his special diet was ignored, RR was recommended to us by three different dog owners. Not only have we never been disappointed, but when we arrive, the dogs get very excited and make it clear that they love their stays there. This has never happened with any othe kennel we have used.

I have only had good experiences with my large dog and aged cat at Rovers Run. My animals are well cared for and come home relaxed. I take my cat's food with him because he has particular dietary requirements and have absolute confidence that his needs are well met. The catery is also air conditioned. My dog is also well cared for and is happy and glossy when I collect her. I recommend Rover's Run to all of my friends and to people who are looking to adopt a rescued pet.

Very disappointed&twill not use again or recommend to anyone ....Sent our little dog here for 3 weeks. They don't include a bath for long stays, you have to pay extra. Elected for NO wash but they did anyway&then charged me for it! Picked our dog up & she had lost condition (no, she wasn't overweight) & was not herself. She was timid & cowered when you approached her, all out of character. Hate to think what they've done to her. Worst kennel I have used in Dubbo.
