Adam, Adam, Adam, where do I begin. I am a Quality and Compliance manager in Sydney, so professional career is ensuring great quality.

Adam answered the phone (first call) and listened to what I was asking then sent an SMS with detail and acknowledgment of the call immediately. He turned up on time, as promised to quote the work. He gave me an idea of price on the spot then confirmed it via email (quote). When Adam turned up to perform the work he was at all times polite and acknowledging my questions and offering real solutions. He worked through each of the 4 small jobs I had, cleaned up the areas, then we spent 15 minutes chatting and sharing morning tea (cuppa) together. I thought the days of real service, commitment and a friendly smile were long gone, boy was I wrong. When Adam left I felt like I had known him for years. If you intend to use my new Electrician, (Adam) please don't overbook him as I still have other things I'd like to get done around the place. Cheers Adam your a legend!

Have used ARC during the Christmas period as they moved my tv and foxtel from one wall to another and is now on an arm and it fantastic.. Adam was friendly helpful and wonderful.. I would only be using ARC from now on.
