After I paid their over inflated invoice, as the responsible persons they failed to inform me that council did not pass the final. I was eventually contacted by council and Dow was to show reasonable cause. Dow declined responsibility and advised me to get another plumber. The wastewater Irrigation area was not to engineers plan and had to be reinstalled at extra cost to me as well as organising my own final inspection that Dale from Dow had been paid to complete. Basically I paid over $5000 for Dales labour for a day, 4 hr excavator wet hire, 1 length of 100mm pipe, expansion joint, 50m purple hose, 4 spays and turf valves
