Waste of time n money ! Zero care factor, express consult and you will never even have a definitive diagnosis. How can a specialist be 3 hours late for appts!! The numbers count not the patients Poor bedside manner- doesn’t let you talk - wastes time telling you how learned he is and how he has headed different specialist centres makes you wait for 3 hours and even gets away with charging you for no apology n no service !! Daylight robbery - run!

Dr Pang was unable to help me on one occasion when I suffered second degree burns, so I ended up going to a different (more competent) dermatologist to be treated. Stupidly I went back for a second paid consultation for eyebrow tattoo removal and he said he didn't know the answer and he asked me to come in for a THIRD PAID consultation. I said that was ridiculous and so he said he would find out the answer and speak to me on the phone. I called and called, at least 5 times over 2 weeks. He never called me back. I asked for a refund of my consultation fee from the office manager named Helen and the same thing happened. She said she would call me back, I called several times, and she started pretending she wasn't there and never called me back. How pathetic is that? Seriously unethical and incompetent people work at this clinic.

I was being treated for???? under a Professor of dermatology for 9 months Allergy tests?prescriptions and the like. ONE VISIT with Dr.Bryan Pang and Wallah! problem solved. ONE LOOK at my condition and bingo. Prescribed cream etc......3 days my condition not only improved but was gone. He certainly knows what he's doing, put simply Dr.Bryan Pang is gifted. Karin Inman.
