same experience as Julie D. Xmas present and massive year with elderly sick parents. Found a free day where i could actually relax and enjoy a massage. Rang to make a booking and Voucher expired by a few weeks. No extension allowed i was told, definitely can't extend. Yes, happy to take money for a voucher sale but no goodwill in extending - they have the money, it is a bit of paper with a micropscopic expirey date written on it. BAD attitude, will never go there and will let everyone i know of this attitude, so many other places to have a wonderful massage. Kathryn

Unfortunately a bad experience for me.Received a voucher from my son for Xmas and realized due to many things happening it would run out over the next week . I went to the premises to try and organize an appointment only to be told no appointment available and no extension given on voucher . I asked if we could look at perhaps an extension for maybe 2 weeks response no not my problem you should have booked. I explained that things had been hectic and that I would like to try and book over next 2 weeks the reply was no.I said but you have no trouble with accepting the money and offering a voucher she said issue is not the money I said I disagree, it is the money which you have no trouble keeping without trying to be a little flexible once again response not my problem. I am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude of the lady and being totally not interested in working out some compromise . Customer service was nil. Plenty of other similar businesses in the center I would not recommend this one to anyone.

Extremely BAD! First she told noting down my phone numbers wrong while I already checked twice & corrected the number when I was walked in there. Then still never call me back for my appointment & said she got my number wrong missing one digit of the 3 which I knew totally nonsense because I checked it while she wrote it down. Then tried to put my appointment for couple more than a month later and on weekday, I told her I needed it ASAP and prefer on weekend. Our body ache NOW not next end of March 2016.
Very manipulative from the beginning. I already sensed this won't be good. Just because the voucher has been paid by my husband I would still continue with the appointment. Since first time coming there, they way the lady talked were unfriendly, not accommodating, never giving courtesy call although they are full or no cancellation, just giving excuse with wrong number, make the appointment longer and never comfort the customer and not accommodating at all.
Got the weekend appointment on 13 March 2016 and she told me to come earlier so I won't be late for 9AM appointment. I am a first timer, how am I supposed to know on Sunday you guys open at 10AM & why telling me 9AM too at the first place. On the spot arrived 8:45 AM for not to be late. Came to the front at 9:45 AM. The lady denied everything about telling me 9AM appointment and about to come earlier. I am very organized person who always putting my schedule on the phone and you DID say 9AM, so I put 9AM! You said you never tell customer for weekend appointment for 9AM. Well the PROOF on my phone schedule is at 9AM & yes I never heard you mentioned 10AM to me, although that is what you noted down.
Yes my husband threw the voucher in front of you lady. We had enough for your manipulative attitude while we are being patient for a month to get this appointment! It supposed to be our Valentine massage. You obviously don't know how to manage schedule & having no courtesy to your customer. We feel discriminated!!!
