I experienced humiliation and insults at the store due to the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the manager. This incident occurred on January 15, 2024, and has been reported to Vodafone and the management of Mirrabooka Shopping Centre. As a result of this unacceptable customer service, I have decided to transfer my business account from Vodafone to another provider. I am also considering legal action and will not stand by while such mistreatment is allowed to continue.
