I have an extremely terrible experience in my life with them.

First of all , terrible fitting of the flare of my car, my finer get inside the gap between the door ( that in respect of Michael I didn't say a words when I pick up my car . And I believe that Micheal sold the business to another person and gone to overseas). However two months after I picked up my car , I've received the parking infringement notice realized that they have parked my car in side of the public road- for a longer time that it allowed- and then receive the parking fine and intentionally removed the infringement notice So I have received the fine with hefty late payment . Now the new guy refuse any responsibility also he tols my , you and your car has never been here . I have spoken to Whitehorse council several times and got into enormous stress because the council responded my that Supreme panel service , has rejected to accept the responsibility of your fine . I complain to Vic consumer affair and going to take the dodgy new business owner to magistrate court

The fellas went above and beyond my expectations, great job, fair price and in a good timeframe. these guys are eager to please, I highly recommend Supreme Panel Service.

As an owner of a classic vehicle and car fanatic, I would recommend never to use the services of Supreme (Owned by Mikael).  I encountered the worst experience in all my years of working with restore paint specialists. Here are few highlights of this terrible experience:

 

* The car went in on the 16th Nov 2020 for a exterior re-spray and this took well over 3 months!

* The job was so poorly done the first time, I had to repeatedly asked for the paint to be redone as the first round had paint ripples. Unfortunately, in doing so, they made several more serious errors resulting in the interior/ inside passenger inside windows getting paint on them, the front left and right window pillar have rust coming through, front black paint has come off, and rear left side of the car now has rust come through new paint

* In re-assembling the car post paint, the front bumper panels no longer align to the frame, I had to personally adjust both doors as they weren’t closing and lots of other things missing such as key bolts/screws

* One afternoon, I dropped by to see how the job was progressing (as it was taking so long) , and the workman did a burnout in my car!

* As a classic car, the interior was in mint condition and I received the car covered in dust and workshop dirt inside.

* This company and its management, have no respect for their customers, the workmanship is dodgy and below acceptable standards.

* Stay away! I have shared this complaint to the Consumer Affairs Victoria.
