Panasonic reverse cycle arcon was incorrectly installed. Had them back twice to fix.

Salesman lied about finance and then when confronted, I was aggressively told "It doesn't matter whether Chris lied, where's your proof. You signed a contract. Not our fault if you don't read the contract. Doesn't matter whether Chris lied or not to get the sale. What don't you understand!!!".

Salesman Chris said "Fujitsu are garbage and our boss sais they are only good for throwing in the river. We don't think much of Polyair product, they're an inferior product."

My advice is go anywhere but here.

I have submitted a formal complaint with ACCC to hold them accountable
