Moe Optical

Several months ago on my neighbours recomendations being a widow and pentioner of 78yrs of age, I visited the Moe Optical at Shaws Arcade shop. It was very pleasent and after testing I initially purchased 3 pairs of glasse after Pentioner discount very reasonable!. I then returned to get some Bi Focals made cost extra $120.00. 2 days ago I unfortunatly broke the bi focals arms both ate the same point. I returned yesturday 10th August to see what the could do. The lady said she would check thru the stock to find a new frame approx 30 mins.I said I would contact them later. They sent me a message saying they had a solution. I rang and was told they would fix them for free?? This was great news and was over the moon. They text me to come and try but i said go ahad fix them as it was free and I was not worried about the colour shape ofthe frames.Today on my way hme from a hospital visit in Warragul I picked them up. Then the shock was told by the other Lady, it would be $120.00 same as originals just for frames. I did say there was no mention on the phone of $120.00 and said it was at no charge thinking the frames were old from spares?? She disagreed and said she mentioned the cost. This I disputed but needing the glasses, i paid and left the shop with doubts of returning ! Yes I did get and intial good deal for the 3 pairs with my Pentioner card but thought it balanced out paying $120.00 for frames. Just get a written quote and then no Miss understandings!!!
