I am apalled that both management and the Occupational Health and safety reps at Moe totally ignore the unsatisfactory danger they place young staff in when fulfilling the need for "direct to boot" sales. Here in Moe, the young staff are forced to load the vehicles whilst standing in one of the drive through lanes and management won't enforce their requirement for customers to "back in" for loading. Maybe Worksafe should be notified????
