Coastwide Shade Sails

They installed my shade sail around 18 months ago and is still under their warranty. The mountings which attached the sail to my house were only bolted into a single layer of brick veneer and not secured properly to the frame of the house. As a result of this installation method the shade sail mountings cracked the bricks and pulled several out of the wall, leaving a hole in the building. When these bricks were pulled loose they damaged my car which was parked underneath, resulting in a broken side mirror and some scratched the panels.



I notified the company 3 weeks ago and have had very poor communication from them since. They initially denied responsibility without even coming to look at the damage.

I don’t recommend this company at all and very poor communication and service. Please check where these people have secured the shade sail in your property.

Tony is rude and arrogant and does not provide good quality workmanship. If you want a substandard job, a drooping shade sail and a leaking roof - this is the business for you!

Don't have anything to do with Tony and his shonky business! I have been left with an unusable ugly limp umbrella. After asking Tony to come and re evaluate the situation he has blatantly ignored my requests blaming the fact we raised the deck, and any number of other pathetic excuses. His behaviour was nothing short of bullying. Be warned!!!
